A warm and cheese-filled dip made with Rotel tomatoes and optional ground beef, perfect for gatherings.

  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the can of Rotel tomatoes and the block of cream cheese to the skillet. Stir until melted and well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it’s fully melted into the mixture.
  4. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

Notes

For extra spice, add hot sauce or jalapeños. For a vegetarian version, skip the beef and include beans or veggies.
