  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the potatoes by washing them thoroughly and slicing into wedges.
  2. Season the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
