Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes to remove any dirt.
  3. Slice them into thin rounds about a quarter-inch thick.
  4. Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
