Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine rolled oats, cottage cheese, eggs, banana, vanilla extract, and baking powder in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
