A delicious and customizable BBQ chicken flatbread topped with juicy chicken, tangy BBQ sauce, and melted cheese, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
  3. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over each flatbread.
  5. Top with shredded cheese and red onion slices.
