A delightful medley of flavors featuring shredded chicken in BBQ sauce, creamy ranch dressing, and fresh veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup corn, canned or fresh
  • 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the ranch dressing with the BBQ chicken mixture.
  3. Assemble the bowls by placing a base of mixed greens.
  4. Top the greens with BBQ chicken, cherry tomatoes, corn, black beans, and slices of avocado.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
