A comforting dish featuring tender ramen noodles, savory beef, and crispy broccoli, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz ramen noodles
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Once they’re al dente, drain them and set them aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir-fry the sliced beef until it’s browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender but still crunchy.
  6. Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
  7. Combine the cooked ramen noodles and sauce mixture in the skillet. Toss until well coated.
  8. Heat through for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.

Notes

Great with extra veggies like snap peas or bell peppers. Marinate beef for extra flavor if desired.
