Delightful blondies infused with the warm, caramel-like flavor of Biscoff cookies and topped with creamy white chocolate.

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed Biscoff cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Melt the butter and mix in the brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the Biscoff spread until smooth.
  5. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  7. Fold in the white chocolate chips and crushed Biscoff cookies.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
