A sweet and salty treat with layers of buttery graham cracker crust, cookie butter, and melted chocolate, topped with crumbled Biscoff cookies.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup cookie butter
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crumbled Biscoff cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until it comes to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool slightly.
  6. Spread the cookie butter evenly over the baked base.
  7. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  8. Pour the melted chocolate over the cookie butter layer.
  9. Sprinkle crumbled Biscoff cookies on top.
  10. Refrigerate until firm, then cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for up to three months. Ensure butter is at room temperature for easier mixing.
