  • 20 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 pieces, 5 ounces each), thawed
  • ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 0.7 ounce packet dry Italian dressing mix (contents only)
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the light brown sugar, dry contents of the Italian dressing mix, and sweet paprika. Stir thoroughly.
  3. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with aluminum foil.
  4. Place chicken breasts in a single layer in the prepared baking dish. Brush olive oil on both sides of the chicken. Sprinkle the brown sugar seasoning mix evenly over both sides and rub in.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. Switch to broil for 2 to 3 minutes until the tops are golden and bubbly.

Notes

Allow chicken to cool completely before storing. Store in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator, or freeze for up to 2 months.
