  • 2 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • ½ cup balsamic glaze
  • 1 cup cheese (mozzarella or Parmesan, shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Seasoning the chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Searing the chicken in a large skillet with olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Transferring the seared chicken to a baking dish.
  5. Topping each chicken breast with chopped tomatoes and basil, then drizzling with balsamic glaze.
  6. Adding the shredded cheese on top.
  7. Baking in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Serving warm and enjoying the delightful aromas.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in olive oil, garlic, and herbs for an hour before cooking. Serve with garlic bread or a fresh green salad.
