A vibrant and fresh twist on the classic burger, Burger Bowls combine all the hearty flavors of a burger with a light and crunchy salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onions, diced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare the base by layering the chopped lettuce in serving bowls.
  3. Assemble the bowls by topping the lettuce with cooked ground beef, cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, pickles, and onions.
  4. Add ketchup and mustard to the bowls to finish.
