Deliciously simple Cake Mix Toffee Bars made with buttery layers, chocolate toffee bits, and sweetened condensed milk.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 cup Chocolate Toffee Bits
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Non-stick Cooking Spray or Parchment Paper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or parchment paper.
  3. Combine the yellow cake mix and melted butter in a large bowl.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the chocolate toffee bits over the mixture.
  6. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the toffee bits.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  8. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
