  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Pizza sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Toppings of choice (e.g., pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
  3. Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
  4. Place the stretched dough into the heated skillet.
  5. Pour a generous amount of pizza sauce on the dough.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
