A warm and comforting Chicken and Broccoli Pasta Bake, perfect for family gatherings or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Mix the cooked pasta, broccoli, shredded chicken, shredded cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, top with additional cheese and Parmesan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

If time allows, prep the dish a day ahead and store it in the fridge. Reheat in the oven when ready to serve. Substitute turkey or ham for the chicken for variety.
