A delicious twist on pizza that combines classic Caesar salad with a crispy chicken crust.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup croutons
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with grated Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Press the chicken and cheese mixture into a pizza shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake the chicken crust for about 20 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  5. Drizzle Caesar dressing all over the baked crust.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the dressing, followed by chopped romaine lettuce and croutons.
  7. Return the pizza to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  8. Slice into wedges and serve warm.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
