  • 2 cups snap peas
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken breast to the hot pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the snap peas and bell pepper, stirring for another 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Mix soy sauce and honey in a small bowl; pour it over the chicken and vegetables, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in soy sauce and honey for 30 minutes before cooking. Serve with crispy spring rolls or a refreshing cucumber salad.
