A simple and flavorful recipe for grilled chicken thighs that is perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon your favorite BBQ sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your pellet grill to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture generously all over the chicken thighs.
  4. Place the chicken thighs on the grill, skin-side up.
  5. Grill for about 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Brush your favorite BBQ sauce onto the chicken during the last few minutes of grilling (optional).
  7. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with grilled vegetables, fresh salad, or coleslaw. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
