A delightful combination of dark chocolate, Greek yogurt, and fresh strawberries, perfect for a quick and healthy treat.

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  2. Dip each strawberry slice into the yogurt mixture, making sure to coat them evenly.
  3. Place the coated strawberry slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring they aren’t touching.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth and glossy.
  5. Drizzle the melted chocolate generously over the yogurt-covered strawberries.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the clusters are solid.
  7. Remove the clusters from the baking sheet and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. Best enjoyed fresh but still holds up well after freezing.
