  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Browning the beef: In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Sautéing the vegetables: Add chopped onion, green bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until vegetables are tender.
  3. Stirring in the ingredients: Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, mixed vegetables, elbow macaroni, beef broth, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Bringing to a boil: Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and let simmer for about 20 minutes, or until macaroni is tender.
  5. Serving the dish: Serve hot and enjoy your comforting dish!
