A healthier twist on the classic Alfredo sauce using cottage cheese for a creamy texture and fewer calories.

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pasta of your choice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the creamy base by combining cottage cheese, Parmesan, milk, and garlic in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Heat the Alfredo sauce in a saucepan over low heat, stirring gently and seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook your pasta according to package instructions. Drain and return it to the pot.
  4. Combine the warm Alfredo sauce with the pasta, ensuring every noodle is coated.
  5. Garnish and serve immediately, topped with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently, adding a splash of milk if needed.
