Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small patties.
  3. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown.
  5. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Serve warm.
