A quick and easy Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowl that combines the nostalgia of pizza with the wholesome goodness of cottage cheese.

  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni or cooked sausage
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese and marinara sauce until well mixed.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a microwave-safe bowl or a baking dish.
