A comforting pasta bake featuring cottage cheese, mozzarella, and marinara sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken or turkey (optional)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, mozzarella, cooked chicken (if using), marinara sauce, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Gently stir in the cooked pasta until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading evenly.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
