Ingredients
Scale
4 fillets Salmon Fillets (skin-on)
1 cup Crab Meat (well-drained)
1 cup Shrimp (cooked and chopped)
8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs (gluten-free if needed)
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in each fillet by carefully slicing along the side, making sure not to cut all the way through. Set aside.
Combine the drained crab meat, chopped shrimp, softened cream cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, freshly squeezed lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined, creating a luscious filling.
Stuff the salmon pockets generously with the crab and shrimp mixture, ensuring an even distribution. Press the filling gently to keep it in place.
Place the stuffed salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and flaky, and the stuffing is golden brown on top.
Serve warm on plates, enjoying the delightful sea-inspired flavors with loved ones.
Notes
Serve with steamed asparagus, a light salad, or fluffy quinoa. Pair with crisp white wine like Sauvignon Blanc.
