  • 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts or Thighs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt & Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces and combining it with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Grill the marinated chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in melted unsalted butter until fragrant.
  4. Create the creamy base by pouring in heavy cream and simmering for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese slowly while whisking until the sauce thickens.
  6. Combine the grilled chicken with the creamy garlic sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
