A cozy and creamy ranch chicken dish that brings families together around the table.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Baked potatoes or veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and the ranch seasoning.
  3. Sear the seasoned chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Create the creamy ranch sauce by adding heavy cream and remaining ranch seasoning to the skillet.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over it; let it simmer for a few minutes.
  7. Serve the chicken over baked potatoes or alongside steamed veggies.

Notes

For deeper flavor, marinate the chicken in seasoning for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
