Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (e.g., fettuccine or penne)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the heavy cream to the skillet and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and let it melt until the sauce becomes smooth.
  4. Fold in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
