  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 cup Frank’s RedHot (or preferred hot sauce)
  • 0.33 cup honey
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 lb frozen thin-cut French fries (shoestring style)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dip)

Instructions

  1. Pat the wings dry using paper towels.
  2. Toss the dried wings with baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook wings at 400°F for 35-40 minutes or deep fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Whisk together hot sauce, honey, melted butter, and garlic powder; simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Prepare frozen fries according to package instructions.
  6. Toss fries in melted butter, turmeric, and garlic salt while hot.
  7. Toss wings in honey buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  8. Serve wings alongside fries and ranch dressing, and sprinkle with parsley.
