Succulent chicken breasts bathed in a luscious blend of honey, olive oil, and spices, crowned with crumbled feta that caramelizes to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey mixture over the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top of the chicken.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and the feta is golden and bubbling.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the oven to maintain crispness.
