Deliciously crispy potato wedges seasoned to perfection. A simple yet satisfying snack or side dish.

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to a toasty 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, then cut them into wedge shapes.
  3. Toss the potato wedges with the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and oregano until they’re evenly coated.
  4. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning the wedges halfway through.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
