Delicious crispy roasted baby potatoes coated in Dijon mustard and fresh herbs, perfect for any occasion.

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the halved potatoes to the bowl and toss until well coated.
