A warm and hearty Crock Pot Chicken Pot Pie filled with creamy chicken and vibrant vegetables, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts or biscuits

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, chopped onion, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper in a crock pot. Stir to combine all the ingredients.
  2. Cover the pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  3. Prepare the pie crusts or biscuits according to package instructions about 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve the chicken pot pie filling hot, placing the crusts or biscuits on the side.
