Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Sugar-Free Sweetener
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1/2 cup Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easier removal.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, unsweetened applesauce, egg (or flax egg for a vegan option), and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Sift together cocoa powder, almond flour, sugar-free sweetener, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in chocolate chips, creating a rich batter.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Once baked, let the brownies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
