A hearty and satisfying one-pot meal featuring seasoned ground beef, zesty tomatoes, and al dente spaghetti, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 12 ounces spaghetti
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onions are translucent.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the spaghetti to the skillet and stir to submerge it in the sauce. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes until tender.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot topped with grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes
