A delightful dessert featuring crispy kataifi pastry, rich dark chocolate, and fresh strawberries, crowned with whipped cream.

  • 1 cup kataifi pastry
  • 8 oz dark chocolate
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the kataifi pastry evenly on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy, about 15 minutes.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave until smooth and glossy.
  4. Whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  5. Layer the crispy kataifi at the bottom of a cup or glass, then pour melted chocolate, and add fresh strawberries on top.
  6. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with mint tea or dessert wine. Store components separately for best freshness.
