A delicious no-bake banoffee pie with layers of caramel, bananas, and whipped cream in a buttery biscuit crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 400g digestive biscuits
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 400g can of dulce de leche or caramel sauce
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 300ml heavy cream
  • Grated chocolate or cocoa powder for topping

Instructions

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the biscuit mixture into the base of a pie dish to create a crust.
  3. Spread the dulce de leche or caramel sauce over the biscuit base.
  4. Layer the sliced bananas on top of the caramel.
  5. Whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
  6. Spread the whipped cream over the bananas.
  7. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  8. Sprinkle grated chocolate or cocoa powder on top before serving.
  9. Slice and enjoy your no-bake banoffee pie!

Notes

Use ripe bananas for better sweetness and creaminess. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
