A light and decadent dessert made with creamy Greek yogurt and whipped cream, perfect for warm evenings.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture until well combined and fluffy.
  4. Spoon the mixture into serving dishes and chill for at least 1 hour.
  5. Top with mixed berries and garnish with mint leaves if desired before serving.

Notes
