A delightful sandwich featuring grilled chicken breasts coated in garlic-infused butter, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomatoes, all layered between buttery toast.

Ingredients

  • 2 grilled chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 cup fresh lettuce
  • 12 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Grill the chicken breasts until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  2. Toast the slices of bread to your desired level of crispiness.
  3. Spread garlic butter on one side of each toasted slice.
  4. Layer fresh lettuce and tomato on the buttered side of two slices.
  5. Add sliced grilled chicken on top of the tomatoes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to enhance flavors.
  7. Complete the sandwich with the other slices of bread, buttered side down.
