Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving a bit of the pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and golden, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the ground beef, seasoning it with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excessive fat if necessary.
  4. Toss in the cooked bowtie pasta, ensuring it is coated in the garlic butter.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, adding reserved pasta water if necessary to create a creamy texture.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes
