  • 2 cups potatoes (cubed)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (such as thyme or oregano)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until they are well coated. Spread them evenly in a baking dish.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and dried herbs. Lay them gracefully over the potatoes in the baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the chicken and potatoes.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
