  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Using your hands (or a spatula), mix until well combined, ensuring the seasonings are evenly distributed throughout the chicken.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
