Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Tzatziki sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add meatballs to the skillet and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
  5. Serve warm with tzatziki sauce on the side.

Notes

To keep meatballs tender, avoid overmixing. For added moisture, consider mixing in a tablespoon of plain yogurt.
