Ingredients

  • Fresh oysters
  • Garlic
  • Butter
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Shuck the oysters, leaving them in their shells.
  3. Mix melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl.
  4. Place the oysters on the grill and spoon the garlic butter over each one.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each oyster.
  6. Close the grill lid and cook for about 5-6 minutes.
