  • 1/2 cup sweetener (like honey or maple syrup)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, cocoa powder, protein powder, sweetener, eggs, and vanilla extract and blend until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
