A comforting and protein-packed bake featuring cottage cheese, eggs, and turkey pepperoni—perfect for cozy nights.

  • 2 cups Cottage Cheese
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 oz Mini Turkey Pepperoni Slices
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a medium-sized baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
  3. Combine the cottage cheese, eggs, shredded mozzarella cheese, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fold in the mini turkey pepperoni slices.
  6. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  9. Cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, swap turkey pepperoni for your favorite veggie toppings. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
