  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 jalapeños, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
  • Olive oil (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well incorporated.
  3. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and fill with the cheese mixture.
  4. Optional: Coat with breadcrumbs for a crispy finish.
  5. Place chicken in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F or 75°C).
