A delightful low carb bread with a golden crust and soft, chewy texture, enriched with cottage cheese for added protein and moisture.

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, blend the cottage cheese and eggs until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and olive oil, and mix until well combined.
