  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pita, chips, or veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, along with salt and pepper to your liking.
  3. Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with your choice of pita, chips, or fresh veggies.

Notes

For a quicker prep, use pre-chopped artichoke hearts and fresh spinach. Customize the dip by adding different cheeses or proteins for a flavor twist.
