A warm and comforting homemade ramen recipe filled with rich broth, tender chicken, and colorful vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Ramen noodles
  • Juicy chicken
  • Chicken broth
  • Soy sauce
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Vegetables (e.g., bok choy, carrots, green onions)
  • Sesame oil
  • Eggs (optional)
  • Chili paste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the chicken to the pot and cook until browned.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce, then bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to the package instructions.
  5. In the last few minutes of cooking, add your choice of vegetables.
  6. If desired, boil eggs separately and slice in half.
  7. Serve the ramen in bowls, topped with sliced chicken, the vegetables, and half an egg.
  8. Add chili paste if you want some heat.

Notes

Store leftover broth and noodles separately in the fridge to maintain freshness. Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
